Description

Bred co specialise in wild fermentation, utilising native yeast and traditional methods to transform local produce. Our sourdough is made with freshly milled wheat, sourced direct from Grant and Lindsay Tuckwell at St. Alban's farm in Kondinin. Our standard range of fermented products includes kimchi, sauerkraut, turmeric kraut, beetroot kraut and apple cider vinegar. Seasonal ferments will be featured throughout the year.
