Quick and easy dessert whipped up in a few minutes
Preheat oven to 190ºc
Beat together, preferably by hand
1 Egg 1/2 cup of sugar 1/2 cup of self raising flour 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Fold into mixture 1 large apple chopped and diced (Bridgart's Braeburn apples are great for this)
Include 1/4 cup of your favourite nuts
Butter a baking pie dish pour the mixture in and bake in oven for approximately 25 30 minutes
Serve warm
